We are looking for an experienced Asset Integrity Engineer and a team player to support our busy Production Operations Team for all plant and equipment reliability and maintenance needs.
Suitable applicants must have:
Engineering or related qualification with 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.
In depth mechanical and corrosion engineering knowledge in the field of pressure vessels, plant piping and pipelines.
Knowledge of Operations, maintenance, change management, planning and supporting functions within an oil and gas asset.
Familiar with AS 3788, AS/NZS 2885, HSNO and other relevant industry standards.
Past exposure to plant optimization or equipment effectiveness initiatives.
Knowledgeable in assessment tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, NDT, etc.
Detailed understanding of production chemistry.
Knowledgeable in performance management tools such as RCM, CBM, FMEA and RBI.
Knowledge of metallurgical and mechanical failure analysis.
Good organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent numeracy and communication skills
Ability to interface well with colleagues and contractors
Motivated, self-starting, independent individual with high level of initiative
Ability to set priorities, analytical and well organised
