Receptionist / Co-ordinator

H.E.L Electrical Services Ltd is a well-established service based electrical business that has been operating from Inglewood, New Plymouth and recently Okato for 29 years. A new opportunity has arisen for a receptionist /co-ordinator based in Inglewood. This is a key role and the successful applicant will be the front line contact for customers, a strong communicator and able to manage multiple tasks calmly.

Key responsibilities
• Receptionist duties.
• Supporting all administrative activities that include marketing, sales, health and safety.
• Organising work schedules with the project managers and managing job completions.
• Assisting technicians to manage daily workloads.
• Taking control and responsibility of the transition into a new job & stock management system that is being introduced.
• Assist the accounts department when necessary.

The successful applicant will have
• A number of years’ experience in a busy work environment.
• The ability to follow through on all tasks to completion.
• Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Understanding of the nature of trades based jobs and servicing.
• The skills to adapt to the demands of a growing business.
• Microsoft Office and Excel experience.

The hours required would be based on a 35-40 hr week.
