Efinity is looking for an outstanding Project Coordinator who needs to consider themselves a Director of First Impressions and will need to be highly organised to support the growth of the company.

What would you be doing?
An opportunity has become available for a Project Coordinator to join the Efinity team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced environment alongside a wide variety of skilled people with a range of expertise.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

Manage support desk systems for main company and software company; issue resolution, client service and feature requests
Liaise with clients, developers, and directors to coordinate and schedule projects
Document production – create, proofread and edit to a high standard within Efinity's guidelines of the MS office suite; including documentation for websites, software features/help files, procedures
Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
Building and maintaining relationships internally and with external clients
Quote preparation for new sites, functions, system migrations
CMS (Content Management System) client training
Setting up Google Apps for work/Google Analytics for clients
Reports - project evaluation/team performance, billing
Billing - analyses of team time sheets and monthly invoicing
Testing sites, software, apps for functionality and quality assurance
Organising and facilitating meetings, room bookings, catering and events
Human Resources including on boarding new employees
Other administrative support as required

What you'll need to bring to the role
You'll ideally have some Project Coordinating experience behind you with advanced skills in Word, Power Point, Excel and the rest of the Microsoft suite. Your strong command of written English coupled with excellent formatting and document management skills will be relied on – quality output and presentation is critical in this position.

We're looking for someone with a pro-active approach and the ability to build effective relationships across the firm in order to gather information and deliver results. You'll have a discreet, flexible, proactive approach and be able to manage workloads and deadlines and be motivated by and committed to outstanding client service delivery. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a client service mind set and a practical results-focused approach will be essential.

Experience from within a professional services environment is preferred but not essential. An understanding and love for internet technologies is a definite advantage.
